余永，2014年本科毕业于大连理工大学，2020年博士毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所，之后留所开展博士后研究工作，2023年7月起就职于深圳综合粒子设施研究院，任自由电子激光物理组副组长。余永主要从事自由电子激光装置加速器物理研究工作，深度参与了大连相干光源、大连先进光源预研、深圳中能高重复频率X射线自由电子激光等多个大科学装置项目。
