王晓凡,中国科学院上海应用物理研究所和美国SLAC国家加速器实验室联合培养博士,现任深圳综合粒子设施研究院副研究员,主要从事自由电子激光(FEL)物理的模式设计和实验研究,研究内容包括:高重频外种子FEL、超高次谐波产生、阿秒超快FEL、双色FEL、涡旋光FEL、角色散驱动微聚束(ADM)、倾斜激光与电子束相互作用、稳态微聚束(SSMB)、光波长尺度上的发射度交换等。近五年发表论文20余篇,主持市级课题一项,合作参与国自然面上项目一项。2022年于校内开办暑期课程《自由电子激光引论》。
